What are EAA’s?
Essential Amino Acids (EAA’s) are called “essential” because the body cannot make them; they must be obtained from food and/or supplement sources. They include the 3 aminos that make up BCAA.
Anyone can benefit from EAA’s. They stimulate the production of cellular energy and promote cellular repair. They initiate the creation of the critical enzymes necessary for healthy (and complete) digestion. They are especially important for those who deal with any form of physical or mental stress including intensive training, injury, or surgery.
What are NOOTROPICS?
Nootropics work by protecting neurons in your brain from becoming damaged by toxins and aging. They stimulate neurons and increase blood and oxygen flow to your brain, which supposedly leads to improvements in your attention span and other areas of cognitive functioning.
Alpha GPC is an effective brain booster and cognitive enhancer. Shown to protect and repair damaged cells it can improve the efficiency of communications between neurons within the brain. The result is a boost to your memory, better learning and studying abilities, faster speed of thought, and increased mental clarity.
Tyrosine is used to improve alertness, attention and focus. It produces important brain chemicals that help nerve cells communicate, regulating mood, thought, & increased mental clarity.
EAA vs BCAA?
BCAA’s have long been promoted as THE MOST IMPORTANT AMINO ACIDS.
for energy production and muscle metabolism. However you can not expect to field a baseball team with only a shortstop, pitcher, and catcher. They may be the 3 most important positions, but are useless without the whole team. BCAA’s can NOT work without the other EAA’s.
