What is Booster Shot+ based on?
Dr Vladimir Zelenko created a natural immune boosting combination used to strengthen the immune systems in the low risk and moderate risk category for coronaviruses. His patient data was published as a treatment for corona patients, and evolved into a formula referred to as the “Z-Stack.”
Recent clinical trials (1.) show combining Vitamin C and Quercetin provide strong preventative protection against COVID-19 infection of healthcare workers when compared to the control group. Of 113 subjects, specifically, 1.4% (1 out of 71) healthcare workers using Quercetin and Vitamin C combination were infected with COVID-19 vs. 21.4% (9 out of 42) in the control group were infected with COVID-19.
What is Quercetin?
Quercetin is a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory compound, helping transport zinc inside the cells corona viruses attack – respiratory cells, providing significant antiviral action. Additionally, it inhibits pro inflammatory cytokines – cytokine storms that can lead to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). (2.)
What is Vitamin C?
Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant and immune system optimizer. It has been shown that Quercetin and Vitamin C markedly inhibited mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines – as the release of inflammatory cytokines are behind acute respiratory distress syndrome (3.)
What is Zinc?
Zinc provides immune support, inhibits coronavirus replication and is a general stimulant of antiviral immunity. Studies showed reduced symptom severity, reduced frequency, and duration of the common cold after zinc administration (4.).
What is Vitamin D?
Vitamin D initiates the adaptive immune response. The link between vitamin D and viral infections can be observed seasonally, with lower levels in the winter and an increases in influenza. In summer, serum levels of Vitamin D increase and influenza virtually disappears. Even in pandemics, most deaths occur during cold months.
