Wrist wraps and knee wraps are a great way to add stability and strength to your joints under load. Knee wraps and knee sleeves are best for squats and heavy leg lifts. Wrist wraps are used for best effect on bench presses and exercises that the wrist should be kept in a neutral position. Wrist wraps are both a physical and mental boost to your workout. Put them on and tighten them up when it’s time to get serious! Don’t leave them on for the whole workout. Or at least loosen them up in between sets as you do NOT need wrist support in between sets. You wouldn’t put an arm in a cast if it WAS NOT broken, Same idea. Use it when you need the support and then loosen or take it off after your set is done.
