This is an exercise I use for hamstrings that really activates the hams more than stiff legs. I love using a GHR but here I use a 45 degree hyper extension along with a power band.
Hyper extensions are traditionally done for lower back, however the movement if you chose to focus on hams, will hit them hard as hams main role is to do hip extension.
A GHR (glute, ham raise) is great as you are parallel with the floor. The 45 degree hyper bench means that you will lose the tension at the top if you go past perpendicular with the floor.
However by using the power band you will feel the squeeze at the top A LOT.
