UNIQUE cable lateral raises - for front, side and rear delts
Using 2 rope extensions to make a real long and wide rope extension, this exercise hits the shoulders really good. Shown to me by my old mate, the late Vidar Hansen, this exercise gives you a great pump and hits all the heads as you are doing shoulder flexion, whilst also doing an abduction move, and shortening the rear delts too.
This is a great exercise to do for higher reps, and at the start of a shoulder workout for a good pump, as part of a giant set, or at the end of a workout to finish off.
